Marilyn Chiang: We are tourist buying some treats for our dogs. At the cashier while paying for our purchases, all three of us were asked to open our bags for inspection by the lady sales person. She claimed it is normal to do so. We are naturally very upset and of course she couldn't find any unpaid merchandise in our bag. We have visited other major pet shops and this is the first time we were asked to do so
